owning a coin that circulated during the lifetime of Jesus Christ!
Present day coin collectors have benefited tremendously from the
advancements in archaeology and science. Today, new discoveries of
coins are being made and now fortunate collectors have the opportunity
to own historical artifacts that are suitable for even the most prestigious
museums.
These coins are some of the most prized coins that the numismatic
marketplace has to offer. Many people stand in awe in the presence
of a coin that dates back 2,000 years. While many examples of these
coins have been viewed behind two inch thick plate glass display
cases alongside armed guards, you can actually have an example in
your home or office. Paul Hollis Rare Coins has extensive contacts
in the coin industry in the United States, Europe and the Middle
East. We are proud to oversee all aspects of your collectible coin
acquisitions. From importation into the United States to careful
conservation of each coin – we make
sure that your biblical coin will be an heirloom piece that your
family can treasure for many generations. Every coin that we offer
has a lifetime guarantee of authenticity and has been inspected and
certified by the leading third-party coin grading firm in the United
States.

30-Day Risk Free Inspection
he Numismatic
Guaranty Corporation of America examines every coin that we offer.
This firm is known as NGC in the rare coin marketplace. They were founded
in 1987 and currently have a staff of nearly 100 highly trained individuals.
In the last two decades they have examined and certified in excess
of 10 million coins with a total market value of several billion
dollars.
NGC is widely respected as the industry leader in third-party rare
coin certification. Most of their coin graders have decades of experience
in the rare coin industry. We submit each one of our coins to NGC for
certification. At their facility in Sarasota, Florida they delicately
handle every submission. Each coin is assigned a unique ID number and
it is tracked throughout the grading and encapsulating process. Their
highly sophisticated security system is state-of-the-art and is designed
to insure that every coin is under constant surveillance.
A
team of rare coin experts examines each coin to validate its authenticity.
If the coin is genuine it is placed in a special holder with a certification
tag. This tag serves as the certificate of authenticity and it states
all the important information regarding the coin. It gives a full description
on the front of the holder that includes the approximate date of mintage
along with NGC’s unique registration number. On the reverse of
the holder is the NGC
hologram bearing the logo of both the American
Numismatic Association (ANA) and the Professional Numismatists Guild
(PNG). Both of these highly respected organizations have endorsed NGC
as their official coin grading service. The American Numismatic Association
(ANA) is a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to encouraging
people to collect coins and was chartered by Congress in 1891. The
ANA has grown exponentially and now has 30,000 members from across
the
globe.
NGC
certified coins are sonically sealed in an inert holder. They are tamper
evident and their quality can be maintained for many generations as
long as they remain in their holder. Thousands of NGC certified coins
trade everyday on a site-unseen basis.
